I'm only 22 but due to my drunken youth on a bicycle my bones are already pretty hurt from being broken.
What is good for arthritis? My herb is very sedating but after a long day my arm really hurts, as does the knee I fucked up. I wanna try to avoid opiates, but I wouldn't need them daily by any means.

I hear cantaloupes and cherries worked pretty well. Lol just gourge yourself all day on fruit.

make a cannabis salve.
i have torn tendons in both ankles and now fucked up knees due to the damaged tendons in my ankles. i use my salve 3x daily. it certainly doesn't numb the pain completely......but it makes it tolerable. More like a mild soreness.

glucosamine and chondroitin, flaxseed oil and fish oil daily will help with joint pain and arthritis.
throw in a daily multivitamin into the mix and your body will thank you. i take a multi along with all the supplements i listed above every day. you'd be amazed with how great you could feel when taking these supps in conjuction with a healthy diet and lifestyle.
