When supporting organizations can you stipulate that no percentage of your support can go to a certain individual in the organization in any way shape or form or it is rescinded?

Also unless you donate like, as much money as the organization has. Nothing says that your money goes to that person, because they got money from other people that can go to them. Think of it this way, it's like pouring a bucket of water into a pool. And then pouring water out of the pool to another pool and saying they can't use any from the bucket.
Except you didn't even bring the bucket, you just donated the money for them to pour the bucket into the pool.

I think its more realistic to view the sum in percentages of all operating costs of the organization. In that case however, it would have to be a large sum to really be of any consequence at all. Unless you didn't like a whole bunch of people there. Well wouldn't that be a pickle.... I say
