I have never used this method before but after researching it online it does prove to be true. From what i have gathered you can either soak tobacco in water till it is a brown color or boil it and mist it on to the plants once a week to keep insects and other unwanted pest off your crops.it seams that this method goes way back to the 19th century. again i haven't ever tried this myself just giving you the info i gathered threw a little research.
