Obama will do what hes told... like he always has done.
Im sure if it was up to him marijuana would be totally legal everywhere. But he has to answer to the real boss's

I'm sure if he was in charge of actually making those decisions he wouldn't have time to vacation to Hawaii and smile on TV.

If you really want to make a difference and help legalize it.
Get together with a lot of people and start to plant marijuana plants everywhere. 
Plant them by highways, city parks, on old ladies yards, fields, streams meadows.
Make the country have so much pot growing everywhere, that it will be impossible to destroy it all.
After all, it is a weed! Make it a wild wild weed
Think of it like giving some back to the Creator.
If every grower took 10% of their stock and planted it outdoors to grow wild, would it not be a good thing
