I wouldn't mix those, but that's me.
I know a friend a mine (who is in a pain clinic) told me that his doctor told him never to mix oxycodone and xanax.

Oxymorphone and xanax just sounds like a really bad idea.
Enjoy the Opana by itself, and save the xanax for later.

i would personally say don't mix.
but if you do, start with a very low dose of both and look on erowid for experience reports or bluelight or something. do some research at least.
but in short, it depresses your respiratory system hardcore and you die.
