Hey guys, today i saw tiny white dots on one of my plants and after a while i saw a little white moth-like bugs around the white dots and made a net research - in the net i red that i can make "insecticidal soap" just from liquid soap and water and then spray the plant with it. So my question is - can the insecticidal soap hurt my plants or it is gonna hurt only the white flyies ?

You need to use only all natural soap. They make all natural dish soap they sell at most stores. Just look at the bottle it will say. Then i would recommend spraying them down with plain water a day or so after to clean it off.
I use this method with neem oil to keep spider mites at bay. It shouldnt hurt the plants. You spray them off a day or so later because the soap can clog the pores of the leaves and then the plant cannot breath so well. Also always spray when the lights are off never when they are on. you don't want to burn your plants.
Basically what your doing with this method is suffocating the flies that are on the plant.
be vigilant whiteflies are hardy buggers(they adapt fast to pesticides and live under leaves sucking the life out of plants) i've been dealing with them for years always end up finding an infestation here and there right now i use a mix of neem/soap to spray before sunrise or at dusk to keep them in line
