The cheese is sensitive to the ff of dirt I think. Do really know what I should do? I think Ill just let it be

The bottom plant is fine. When plants are seedlings they can be ultra sensitive to nutes but when they grow a few sets of leaves they get to where they can handle it. Your plant is at that point. Don't give the plant any nutes for two weeks or so and make sure the ph stays in range and it will be fine.
