would like to discuss swims banning and hoepfully work something out.
or can one of the mods use their wizardry to check who did the banning and put me in contact with them.

my concern is that it is an un-warranted ban, and highly prejudicial to the poster.
i mean, a permanent ban is a bit much... even if he posted alot of terence mckenna stuff. he was probably just tripping his face off and thought it was a good idea at the time.
what are the odds of getting it reduced to just a month or two ban? thats still a rather excessive ban.
also, the main reason why i think this ban is a bit much, is because it now essentially means swim is currently perma-banned from both the shroomery and growery, and completely ostracized from a community he has been involved in for something close to 3-4-5 years.... that seems a bit cruel to me.
he was not directly disrespectful or malicious to anyone, and posted everything he did with good intentions.
so for these reasons i ask and hope that you will give some consideration to the issue and hopefully afford him some leniency in this instance

I don't think you realize how often he does this. He has had more warnings and bans than I can count. These posts had absolutely 0 content to them. I deleted 12-14 threads all created in a row that only contained graemlins. I and other mods have warned him repeatedly. The last time I warned him I told him it would be a perma-ban. If he has an issue with it he can file a support ticket.
