he used to smoke a lot. now he doesn't as often because of the anxiety.

yeah i used to smoke ALOT but then i started getting really bad anxiety and smoking only made it worse so i had to stop for a bit...now i can smoke again and not get any anxiety so its all good.
I used to just take xanax when i wanted to smoke that works amazing for anxiety, I'd only take like .5mg (even .25mg would help) and i would be fine. I wouldn't really recommend it though to you friend...it kinda fucked me up in the long run, but if your careful about it it'll help

i dont know any strains that are anti anxiety but yeah every type i smoke takes my anxiety and depression away instantly.

before I became a huge pothead weed used to melt all my problems away but as soon as the CEV's left so did that feeling I get bad anxiety attacks sometimes when I smoke even when I am drunk and high. I turn inward and get alot of introspection. I still smoke but not 24/7 like I used to. I blame high dose shroom trips.
I recommend xanax or MDMA.
