What to do

So I found some plants growing where they CANNOT grow and need to get rid of them. they are about 2 and a half feet tall and smell really good, like something better then ditch weed.

I need to get rid of them but I also want to make use of them instead of just trashing them. Any ideas?

I take it these aren't your plants. If they aren't, then you should just leave them be.
