 First grow, can anyone tell me whats going on with my ak-48's?

I have 8 White Rhino's and 8 Ak-48's, this problem is only affecting the ak-48s. They are under a 400 watt Mh about 20 inches above them. The temps stay between 70 to 75 degrees. They are all about 2 weeks or so old, and they haven't received any nutes yet. They are in Happy Frog soil. Also, I am watering with tap water that as been left out in an open container a day or so before using it. They get watered every couple of days when the soil completely dries out.
Any way here are some picks of what they look like.

they look like they ready for a feeding it looks lighter in color and yellow splotches whats ur humidity in your grow room there is a check list somewhere on here or another place called http://www.greenmanspage.com/guides http://www.greenmanspage.com/guides/nutrientdisorders.html

I had just watered them when I took those pics. I fed them for the first time the other day they seem to be doing better now.
