I just got back from the bar. When i first got on the table by myself tonight i made every shot for two racks. You can suprise yourself a lot with this game.

I play, I have 3 x Eric Crisp sugar trees, 3 predator butts (2 plain sneaky petes, and a roadline), 2 Mezz WD700, 2 x pre cat 314s, maybe a half dozen 314-2's, 2 katanas, and 2 Z2's, one has a whale bone ferrule and the other ivory. Oh I have a Lomax break J/B, a cuetec "Earl Strickland edition", Predator BK1,2,3, and a $60 J/B. I usually break with my sugar tree, the JP, or a house cue. I also have the little popper, a lomax jump cue, and some generic knock off of the bungee, I usually bring the bungee knock off with me because I can fit it into the pockets of my cue case.
I have a custom made 9x4.5 double shimmed pockets, I forgot the material but you don't hit those pockets clean without the right speed and a touch of inside and they're going to rattle like a motherfucker. I also have scottish linen for felt, it's slow as fuck, if I'm not using my equipment I can't get the cue ball around the table. 12x6 Brunswick.
I paid for everything with gambling and it all started with my $80 investment which got me a wrapped 4 pointer with a actually very good hitting birds eye maple shaft and that cuetec "earl Strickland" edition. Then I bought a Predator sneaky and had my friend remove the logos and relaminate it.
What do you play? I'm a fan of rotation but I'm getting into 8 ball barbox. I'd love to play straight pool, one pocket, and snooker but there's just not many people playing those here.

Let's just say the Eric Crisp cues are some of the prettiest and best hitting cues on the market. I feel like there's perhaps slightly better depending on the player, but these are the shit. Cost = 1000 for a plain, and 4500 for a nice one with scallops.

i'm shooting with a 25oz sneaky pete cue. People say it's a break/jump cue but it works well shooting. I guess i adjusted to the weight

Damn that's the legal limit. What's the balance like on that? I actually like my break cues to be lighter my BKs are 17oz I believe and my sugar trees are 18.8-19.2 with the shaft, my predators vary from 17.5 to 19oz the roadline has weight bolts. I can use 21oz, but I don't really see much of a reason so I tend to go lighter. Actually for me, I like my cues forward weighted for more spin on the cueball, this is harder to achieve with a heavier cue. I can adapt pretty well to using different shafts and cue weights / balances. I tried the javalin thing and got an extension and 30" shaft for one of my predators so I could use a 69" cue, it doesn't work so well when you're not 110%, a long ass cue like that brings out any imperfections in your stroke, if you're stroking well though it's like a fucking rail gun.
