It was the first perma I got, it was about three years ago.  I don't have the pic anymore.

The second perma was for saying 40oz was a pedo.

The third one was for giving anno shit.

Here's a funny thing about anno, when he reversed my second permaban he told me not to make any threads about him unbanning me, when he banned me the third time the first thing he did was go into otd and make a thread about it.  Says a lot about the type of person he is.
