They are promoting a bill that could get people under 18 slapped with a DUI for driving 24-48 hours after they have ingested marijuana.

While at the same time legalizing it for people over the age of 21. I don't like that stipulation in the bill, but neither your link or your statement give all the facts.

The fact is that this could be used to give people DUI's even when they are sober. It's horrible legislation. I'd rather see medical marijuana expanded than have to negotiate with a bunch of armed thugs in Olympia.
