I'm thinking of getting into this, but I dunno.
I'm mostly motivated because a band I really like just doesn't sell shirts anymore, but I found high quality images of their shirts. They're one layer stencils, or at least seem to be...so I figure I could probably make my own.

did some in HS, and from from the little I can remember of the experiance, it wasn't difficult (I went to a rather shitty school, so we were basically using a DIY home kit).
On the flipside, you could just take the image into a screen printing shop and have them do it, likely for cheap
PS that design is pretty fucking wicked. It's not "stoner witch", is it?

Yup thats it. They're a metal band, and every song they do makes you feel like its Halloween. Which I love haha.
I found a design they actually still sell online, so I'll be getting that...but this sparked the screen printing interest in me, so I think I'll be checking it out anyway. Seems like a fun, relatively cheap hobby.

I checked out some of their tracks last night, being a fan of stoner metal. And while I think their instrumentals are pretty fucking epic, most of their stuff seems to have the whole death metal vocal thing going on. I much prefer the vocals on "Sabbath of the Undead".
Less "rrrr" more "raaaar"

I can feel that.
Check out Asteroid and Blowback. They had a split that I was batshit crazy for. They've got more the sound you're looking for I'd say. I loves me some stoner metal.
