I figured I would do a little show and tell. For the hell of it
I am working with a 2'x6'x8' Closet and a 2'x3'x6' cabinet. I bought the cab at walmart for around $70 It has removable plastic shelving. I then purchased a 50cfm bathroom exhaust fan for $15 at ace hardware and a ceiling light that holds 3 42w CFLs for $20. I suppliment with two more 42w CFLs in desk lamps( hey it works) I cut a 4" hole in the top and taped and wired the exhaust fan over the top of the hole. I mounted the ceiling ballast to the top as well. In the bottom I cut another 4" hole for an intake. The intake is then hooked to the exhaust fan of my dry box.
Dry box: Is a 3 drawn dresser bought at walmart for around $30. when I built it I left the panels off of the draws and stappled window screen to the bottom of them. I sealed off the bottom and attached another 50CFM bathroom exhaust fan to the bottom back of it. for added drying space I drilled 8 small holes about half way up each drawer and inserted small metal shelf holders ( can be found in any build it yourself cheap furniture) I then took 6 feet of 1"x1" wood and made rectangulars frames to fit the inside of the drawers where I stappled more screen to. In short I made a 3 drawer dryer into a 6 shelf dryer doubling my capabilities. The exhaust fan is pumping into the veg cab.
Flower room: The large room. I have a 600w hps inside. I have two fans running a 270 CFM intake pulling clean air dirrectly into the ballast and a 280 CFM exhaust fan connected to a carbon filter. The two "Y" together and are exhausted into the attick.
This is my set up for better or worse. It seems to work pretty well as long as I don't loose my ac during the summer months in SE AZ.
