Whats wrong with my plant?

Hi everyone,

I've got this plant growing outdoors in a greenhouse which I took out recently due to the hot weather, I'd like to know if these symptoms are only heat stress?? or is their something more, the ph of the soil is 6.5. THanks!

6.5 is a bit high aswell perhaps why it it showing deficit
