so im at school, and i havent seen my dad for 6 months and my mom a year. I was going to go home for the first time in so long to celebrate my 21st birthday with my twin bro. so i get ready, ofcourse 3 prerolled fat jays for the 8 hour drive to socal. im on my way, i drive 20 min, spark the first jay, and cruisin it.
this is where its gay
yesterday i went to jiffy lube and got an oil change.
so im driving over an hour, and then while im smoking, so does my engine. i pull over pop the hood. oil was spraying everywhere. engine doesnt start. i call AAA.
but the tow driver wasnt the first on site. a COP WAS! I just finised a joint in my car, with 3 bongs and bubblers in the back with scale and just happen to have baggies *none of which is mine*. i panic and try to play it off cool, i can smell the pot and im so suprised he didnt. thats when the tow truck dirver got there, i was just thinking to my self "hurry up and load my damn car". and then he hopped in my car *o shit* , he starts to laugh and we think i know why. while the cop was chilling he just loaded it and we went on our way for an hour long tow to pay with all my pot and alcohol money for my birthday
this day sucks.

Yea dude you could have been so fucked. Everything in your car would have been taken, bongs//scales//ect. so you would have to replace all those. I think they can charge you with distribution if you have a scale.
