It's because in France you can drink beer or wine in the street, but their "hash" or what they call "shit" (for real) is really really pure crap, its not even pure hash...

I dont know what they mix with it, not to be racist, but it is the arabs who own the market of the "shit" and I have no idea what they cut it with, but my friend told me that it doesn't make you high, you need to smoke sooooo much, and thats why the prices are low for a huge quantity....
