 handicapped parking honesty?

So I was late to class to school a week ago, saw a spot on the other side of the street, pulled turn, and reversed into it, and got out and gunned it to class.
Little did I know there was a handicapped parking symbol on a metal pole in my blind spot above my car I didn't see since I reversed into it.
Since it was an accident I don't want to pay the $250 dollars, mainly because.... I don't ahve that kind of money, rent is tight enough
So I had my mechanic print out a fake receipt that said I had my car towed, only thing is the receipt says it's for 0 dollars on the bottom right, should I rip it or show the judge or what? Trick situation

say the guy who towed your car is a freind and did it for free to help, but still needed to print a receipt for his records...

I don't see how having your car towed is going to nullify the fact that you parked in a handicapped zone. You parked like an asshole and you got a ticket for it, after that part of the story they won't give a flying shit about if your car got towed or not.

He could claim his car was about to explode into flames before he at the last minute, selflessly, saved the rest of those in traffic and whipped it into the handicapped space. Then his bro towed him out. The car is fine now.
