horrible nights sleep

You ever just have a bad fucking night, waking up in a fully lit room with the tv still blaring then falling asleep only to be re-awoken from trucks and hours later loud family members talking on the phone at 4:30am.

I banged on the wall but it did nothing but make the asshole talk louder. I tried smoking a bunch of weed to fall back to sleep............didn't work so now my day is gonna suck balls.

I only slept 6 hours and woke up fresh as a goddamn daisy.

I only sleep 5 or 6 hours a night.
On Sundays I get about 10 hours but it leaves me with a sleep hangover.
Its been this way far a long time.
