so i have a grasshopper issue been spraying my tomatoes with soap water, its not good enough, does anybody know what i can do to prevent them, like vinegar all around my garden of something

I have never seen a grasshopper on a tomato plant, are you sure they are the ones eating it?

I have started to use a mess mosquito netting to prevent caterpillars so you could do something like that to prevent grasshoppers.  Look for a netting that doesn't have too big of holes and yet still lets in at least 60% of light.

Otherwise:

Nosema locustae is a naturally occurring microbe that effectively kills grasshoppers by infecting them with disease.

Another similar fungal microbe is Beauveria bassiana. This fungus grows naturally in soils and acts as a parasite to many types of insects. Both of these safely kill grasshoppers when they ingest the spores.
