Too much food for something that small is my guess, FF stuff is extremely rich and a very hot soil straight from the bag. You were much better off leaving them in the 50/50 mix than moving them into the straight FF:OF. Back off on any food for at least a week (probably 2-3 honestly) and feed them plain, pH balanced, water.
My .02 anyways.

Yeah, FFOF has plenty of nutes in it to sustain your plants for awhile before you need to start feeding them.

ok so I'll just use plain ph adjusted water for a while. however, what could be the cause of the clorosis on the upper fan leaves and the uniform yellowing on the lower leaves? i didnt think over fertilization caused those symptoms.

Nute lock out could cause that. Uniform yellowing on the lower leaves is usually an indicator of nitrogen deficiency.
If its anything like your pic though that's not nitrogen def. at all. I would flush and see how they do.

Yah, they do, as hawk pointed out those are signs of a nutrient lock out. Your plants aren't uptaking the nutrients they need because of the over fertilization issue. That's why feeding your plants less is always best, there is nothing easier in the world to fix than an underfed plant. Once you start overfeeding them you start having a harder time diagnosing the real problem and may make it worse by adding more food when you should be taking it away.
