 how should i use BMO nutrients?

i bought a quad pack from BMO recently. im growing outdoors and trying to do everything organic and i heard BMO gets fine results.i felt wierd reading it when it said "keep cap loose the contents in this are alive and need air" at first i was like  and then i was like   but any who. i hear ppl use just grow it green for veg. then mix foliar harmony and flower power, then use super plant tonic for flowering (foliar harmony and flower power, water, water, super plant tonic, water, water, foliar harmony and flower power etc.). i was thinking of using grow it green and super plant tonic for veg, and foliar harmony anf flower power for flowering but seperatly. idk can anyone else gimme any useful combos or should i stick with the first one i mentioned?

I've never tried these nutrients but I'm gonna bump this back up to the top just encase somebody who has may end up seeing this.
