I have 4 clones. I have been using a 100 W, Flouresent swirl bulb with a reflectgor dome on each plant. They are appx. 2 months old. Is this light sufficient?

Define sufficient.
To keep them as clones? Vegetate them? Flower them?

Need more info really.
Size of room would help, how tall are the plants would also be useful as well.
