ontario judge has just ruled ontarios medical marijuana laws are unconstitutional and has gave the the government 90 days to fix the medical marijuana system ~

Interesting!
At this time we are having that same issue. You can get a med card but no where to get the meds! The state will not allow dispensaries yet. We just got a new governor, so I am hoping he stands by what he said prior to his election and reforms the medical bill allowing for dispenseries. Even better yet, if they just lift the ban on herb altogether!

we got an election coming up hear in canada ,and if harper is elected again there is word that he will have the judges replaced ,so hopefully things work out good

Yeah I read this in the news section not too long ago...
90 days from what date though?
