The first time I tried edibles I had to go to school the next morning while uncomfortably stoned and not completely realizing that I was still high. That was quite an interesting day.

School was just strange and confusing. I had never gone to school in any state other than sober, so I kind of just sat around and was really confused about why I couldn't form any really coherent thoughts or understand anything that was going on that day.
After school (I had mostly come down at this point, but was still feeling some residual highness) I had to deliver a set of king-sized bedding with my dad. Carrying mattresses is so fucking hard when you're high. I kept apologizing every time I dropped the mattress because I couldn't keep a solid grip for any longer than a few seconds.
