yes , i do make syrup !
nothing like fresh pure maple syrup for a good case of the munchies,
got watching a documentry last night and pretty near burned a batch ~
stoned ya know ,dam short term~

it does not even resemble the store bought,

it has been cold for the last couple days ,hope it warms up so the sap starts flowing again ~

although I prefer the texture of the fake stuff
the taste of the real stuff is far better

I'd choose maple candy/maple sugar over maple syrup anyday

Holy shit...

I was actually planning on trying to make some this year but forgot to buy the taps and stuff and Its probably too late now. My neighbor has like 100+ trees tapped its pretty cool.
