I'm no expert but I bet it is salts from your tap water.

Thats what I was thinking also. Could be from your water or your nutrients. I collect all my run-off water in a bucket to dump outside, and the bucket has a film of that  on the bottom of it.

Not so harmful I suppose, but avoid getting water on your leafs when watering...IIRC, it can act as a magnifying glass for your light and harm your plants :cool: Maybe I'm wrong on that, but I always try to avoid it in case. I know I've read it somewhere.

I am not a cannabis grower.  I find the cannabis growers to be the most open to experimenting and sharing out of all of the different botany groups I enjoy.  I frequently use the suggestions that I find to apply to own organic gardening and food production.
