i gotta stop over indulging on food when im high * 1

after i smoke a bowl im like a wild animal when it comes to food, everything i find gets eaten, and if i dont have anything ill go out and spend a stupid amount of money on pizza and mini donuts:awesomenod:.

i dont really wanna get fat, but its inevitable if i keep raiding the cupboards at 2am. i need to find a healthier alternative to my usual munchie foods. some of the time im not even that hungry, but food tastes too fucking good when your baked. i had a food orgasm while i was munching a chocolate souffle, it was just some intense flavor and awesome texture:aweoverdose:

i always try to eat before i smoke now, so i dont eat quite as much when i get the munchies. but ill still usually get through at least whole pack of cookies and a shitload of skittles or something stupid.

how does everyone else control their insatiable munchies

The thing that sucks is I always gravitate towards cookies, sodas, chips, cheese curls, pizza, and burgers.  I'm never like you know what would hit the spot right now, green beans and cauliflower.

try fresh fruits when your high, or yogurt, maybe some of those breakfast bars, or cereal... usually tastes REALLY good and its good for you...

I never get the munchies if I run after hitting the vape, you could also try drinking lots of water, if it's too unsavory mix in a packet of zero calorie flavoring (even that's not too good for you)

actually its good to eat before you get high, it boosts your metabolism, fresh fruits and maybe a packet of ramen or mac n cheese is DECENT but yeah i hear ya the taste temptation can get to ya after you get stoned, but recognize the healthier you eat the healthier your high will be

I'm the same way when I smoke, I fuckin love to eat.  Except I don't really eat like cookies n shit.  I'd rather have like a whole meal.  Burger and fries, leftover pot roast, whatever's available.  And I love that shit.  Fuck a snack, eat a meal, shit is just so good when you're high.  Food is like, otherwordly.
