Definitely man. I used to be so into Slightly Stoopid and Sublime, but there was something missing from them. I was looking for the reggae sound ya dig? I bought tickets to see Stoopid and Tribal, so I figured I should at least give them a listen before I go to one of their shows and holy shit. I listened to them for 6 months straight, nothing else went in my cd player (old skool huh?). They sound like what Stoopid and Sublime would sound like if they stuck with just the island jams.

I recommend of course:
The Garden, Herby, The Harvest, Vampire (not a tosh cover, but way cool), Run the Show, and hell their entire Self titled album.

Also check out the Green if you like Tribal Seeds. Man Don Carlos being their is enough to make me wanna go. I have never got to see a legend in concert before. Would love to see Damian Marley.

There is a whole new world of jams waiting for you brother! Let me know if you like them. Best 23 bucks I ever spent on a concert ticket.

You're just scratching the surface bud, there is an infinite supply of reggae out there waiting for you. I feel the same way about Tribal Seeds as you do Sublime.

Don Carlos puts on a pretty cool show. Damian Marley rocked it when I saw him at Reggae on the River.

For that concert I posted the band I would go for is Midnite. It's actually a "tribute to the legends", but IMO Midnite is the top band on the scene right now and they are legends in the making, so it's fitting that they will be there.

I might just wait until they travel to my area though. It's pretty nice seeing them on a solo bill anyway, then they jam for like 3 hours straight.

Awesome! Yea the albums before the Art of Drowning were punkish but after that Daveys homosexuality took over and destroyed the original artistic vision they had.
