psychedelic therapy i can't do, i don't tolerate hallucinogens well at all these days - not even low doses that don't even induce hallucinations. my mind is too chaotic and dark anymore.
the breathwork i could try, but if it's anything like meditation then i will probably be unsuccessful.
i guess having that outlook on things doesn't help either, but i feel i've literally run out of options as far as natural, restful sleep goes. i really hate having to rely on ambien + klonopin + alcohol just to sleep - fitfully - a couple hours each night.

I smoked everyday last year and found that everything just kept getting cloudier as the year went on. This year I am taking 3 days a week off. Already much better. 2 years ago I quit cigs. The best decision I ever made.

I smoke everyday when I can, I'm surprised I'm not getting more of a withdrawal after a week. I'm at the beach now, and I dunno what it is but I always get drowsy when I'm around the ocean air, which is helping me sleep.
My cigarette intake has gone up 600% since I stopped smoking weed though, I got myself a 50g pouch of Port Royal rolling tobacco and a pack of papers last week and I had to get more papers today, really blew my mind that I sucked down 60 in <7days

Sucks you can't sleep good Slothie. Me and you are in the same boat I guess. I get a little over a couple hours a night, but I'm constantly waking up and it takes me like 2 to 3 hours to go to sleep. Definitely not like it used to be when I was younger.

That's so crazy not to smoke during the day. I don't really plan on it, it just kinda happens to where I'll have the bowl in my hand. Couple hits before I go do this or that. Next thing I know, I'm stoned  I do need to quit cigs though. How's that grow goin Muse?

I don't think I could have quit cigs without my wife. We quit together while we were dating. We weened ourselves slowly. We started with
Month 1
week one 20
week two 15
week three 10
week 4 10
Month 2 we moved to hand rolled
10 a week for a month
Month 3
one a day
Month 4
none

I have no real desire to quit yet, I just roll them because I prefer the taste, and I can roll them as loose or tight as I feel I want

I cant smoke cigs anymore. They make me sick, literally! It's weird. Last one i tried about 6 months ago actually made me gag to the point of vomit.
