to an extent we are all where we are on purpose. Mine was pseudo voluntary. but all around not pleasant. It was hard to get to sleep.

for me, it's hard to sleep anyway. not smoking makes no difference in the difficulty i have going to sleep, nor does smoking actually help in my efforts to sleep.
if anything, i feel better when i'm not smoking. now i just need to quit cigarettes; i'm sure i'd feel even better if i was smoking nothing at all.
i have noticed a decline in the amount of cigarettes i smoke throughout the day since quitting marijuana.

that's great! the second part of that anyway. I think that being able to fall asleep easily and stay in a deep sleep long goes a long long way to living a long life. Not to mention how it adds to the quality of life.

i've had trouble sleeping since i was a small child, it's only gotten worse over the years. it doesn't matter what i do either; i could bust my ass doing physical work all day and STILL not be able to sleep when bed time rolls around.
i would love to be able to know what a restful night's sleep is, but sadly, i do not.
