That's not irrelevant at all, man. That very thought kept me up last night (not just that one) for a few hours.  Also related to that, the thought that so many people in the middle and upper class are depressed assholes with everything they have. Even in myself, I'm not rich but I have everything I want pretty much, even freedom to an extent, but it's still hard to keep my head up a lot of the time. But then again, the things that bother me aren't really material or even worldly, more existential I guess. Which is why I came into this thread.
Yeah, it's a fucking weird thing that's going on, man. I don't even know what to call it. Everything just is and we have no idea why. I don't really think most of these advanced, more recent scientific discoveries are even close to explaining anything, besides Earthly phenomena. When I was a kid, I used to wish people had superpowers, or just in general wish that our world wasn't so dull; I used to think not enough was going on.  But that was obviously a naive perspective. The more I learned through psychedelics, the more it became plainly obvious that no one really has any idea what's going on: any guess is as good as another. And hell, every guess is probably right. Now any sentiments of a dull or boring world seem completely ABSURD to me.

I would love to see some major social reforms come around in my lifetime. I spend so much time thinking about what would need to occur in order to change society. Humanity basically needs to go through another period of Enlightenment; people understanding the value of knowledge and a greater interest in learning and being more open minded in general.

i had a weird lucid dream one day it was so strange, these 3 dimetional shapes moving around space, vibrations in the air would make symbols in my head, pieces of what was in my head from long ago would piece the present then it hit me... this isnt a dream, it is my waking reality, sometimes i find it hard to believe we even exist at all
