Yeah, except you have to buy in bulk from those dudes 
And, if you're looking to buy in bulk, thats like the worst place to go.
To make my post more relevant, I'd much rather have 3-4 double perc'ed Weed Stars from EDIT than 1 Roor. You pay for the brand IMO. Sure, you get better construction, but at what price?

A lot of glass blowers in the US can make just as quality pieces with a lot more character than roor. For those prices you can get a nice bong made by a local glass blower and help support his art.

You're paying mainly for the name rather than the quality of glass. Roor bongs are nice, but you can get glass just as nice for half the price if you look around.
My 24" custom made glass bong has two percolators aswell as ice notches. Cost £60 and its fucking gorgeous. If you spent £60 on a roor bong you wouldn't get anything near as good.

I couldn't agree more.
I can actually get BETTER quality than RooR at my local shops for around 1/2 the prices... It's ridiculous what they charge...

they are ok. not worth the price.
check out medacali, or a toro or something. for the same price you get something much nicer.

What I want to get atm is one of those double / triple bubblers. Those are nice, I once made a homemade double bubbler and it was pretty good.
Even a nice glass bong with one of those bubbler sliders would do.
Really want one just don't have the money to put towards one atm, got other things on my buy list first.

I HAVE ONE.. THE R NICE.. but the price was a little high.. i've had it for 8 years.. its very thick..green.. works great and is pretty.. i agree u can find stuff just as good cheaper.. but it won't be a roor..

ROORs can be awesome but the "more affordable" ones i guess i could say are not the best quality, i would get a ZOB, SYN, Medicali, or another good domestic brand name

guys we are talking glass on glass here right? It takes precision machinery to grind down the notches so they fit hermetically, that's why even Roor gets it done by Schott in Germany and that's why real German Roors are expensive.
