Didn't watch the whole thing but seems like an interesting idea. It would be nice to never have to wait for lights when the streets are empty but that definitely wouldn't work everywhere. If they got rid of the street lights in NYC there would be some big problems goin on

That's pretty interesting, not all that surprising. Most people act in rational self-interest anyways. No one likes getting into accidents.

People are idiots when the power goes out. The traffic lights are supposed to be treated as stop signs but people just go it's retarded.

i see a reason for stop signs, and traffic lights in some places. but then others are just stupid and cause traffic. i end up running half the stop signs around here. and when they were doing work on traffic lights around where i live, it didnt change at all.
