 Anyone know of a free photo editing software

I need something to shrink the size of the pics down .I want to start a grow log with pics but the pics are to big etc . I tried using paint but it doesnt shrink them correctly for me .. Thanks in advance

go to image>Resize/skew (ctrl+W)

Man, we better stock up. If that new law goes into affect it could really make it hard to bootleg anything
Demonoid had a warning up about it:
In the United States, a new law proposal called The Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (COICA) was introduced last week, and there will be a hearing in front of the Judiciary Committee this Thursday.
If passed, this law will allow the government, under the command of the media companies, to censor the internet as they see fit, like China and Iran do, with the difference that the sites they decide to censor will be completely removed from the internet and not just in the US.

haha some of you US ers really think your the center of the world. how do you think he states can remove a site from the internet besides in its own country?? so it woudl be the same as china, i really doubt that will happen though. good luck !!
