If I smoke some heade's that some person grew in there closet. What makes this happen? Where other herb sends you smoothly and calmly on your way.Certain stains cause paranoia? or is it chemicals and improperly grown bud?

Although of course if you smoke better higher quality bud you will get higher and therefore probably be more paranoid.
And of course Indica produces a body high and Sativa produces a head high, so you might want to try some nice Indica strain and see if you like it better.

THC causes paranoia. so higher quality marijuana makes you more paranid than lower quality.
different strains have different balances of different cannabinoids, so they have their individual effeects

I don't see how when Im smokeing one strain and Im chilln relaxing and enjoying the buzz then I switch strains and Im jumpy, jittery and just uneasy feeling.Perhaps it is just heightened awareness

just take it steady, dont go taking dozens of hits just because your friend is.

i always have friend that smoke a whole lot, but i just cant handle to much of that strain sometimes, so i only take a couple hits and im goodddd

These days I consider it a gift from higher powers when I get myself high, usually i'm just at the same mainline no matter how much I toke up - of course it can also be an uncomfortable session with the higher powers I have, but I consider these a learning lesson as well.
Just go with whatever floats your boat - smoke n get high while you can cuz some day god's gonna cut you down ^^
