So long as its 2cb hydrobromide. HCL will burn the shit out of your nose. If its possible to ask your source (not likely) then you should just play it safe and not rail it. Although I would imagine its slightly more likely to be Hbr because this is the easiest clandestine route.

not really. just got a shot glass...put in 2cb, put in the amount of water needed, stirred with needle..sucked up.
it wasnt really soluble but it worked just fine. i dont think i ever wann do drugs again unless its mainlined.

i think it's ethanol but that's the glassware route.
if you're looking for the easiest route acid/base extraction would require the least amount of stuff invested... unless your good at ghettorigging stuff.
