this is the kind of thing that most of us stoners dream of. i really hope that this passes, and hopefully it will create a domino effect. opposing arguments state that by making pot legal, everyone is just gonna go get stoned. truth is, everyone who wants to smoke already does. 70% of smokers can get weed in less than an hour, about the time it takes to order and receive a pizza. it only makes sense for the state to reap some of the monetary benefits.

But see you argument makes sense and that works against how our government works. If they did things that make sense then we would be in a lot better shape but there is hope that over time(hopefully the time has come) they will pull their collective heads out of their asses. I wish you luck Cali so maybe the rest of us will have a chance.

Yeah. I don't dig that cannabis will be controlled and taxed... I'd rather see the green run free throughout the land for one and all to enjoy together in harmony.
But controlled and taxed is better than being illegal.
