Ive hit out of a helix pipe once and it was awesome. If you hit it right it will make a vortex. 
I couldnt do it though.

The hand pipes run about $160 and you can get some sick attachments. It comes as 3 or 4-piece kit.
Edit: my friend got his from a shop here in austin, BC smoke shop. heady as pieces in there.

A bit expensive but if I see one and got the cash I might just pick one up. Don't know about letting anyone else use it for that price though lol.

You guys know these work by having little holes punched in the side of the walls of the bong right ?
They are still pretty sweet, but its onlly smoother cause its a slightly more aired out hit
I would still get one though 
just cause they look awesome when your hitting it
anyone know how much they cost ?

The guy in my smokeshop demonstrated it for me by putting a cig in the bowl and inhaling
he told me they had tiny holes that allowed it to spin and keep some air in the tube, and notice in the ad they have some swirly effect around the pieces so you wouldnt be able to tell till you ordered it
