a half broken camera that only work if you know the trick. it's an old nikon coolpix 4600. 4 megapixel, 3x zoom (the zoom no longer works) and some other shit. it's been dropped a few times though. i broke the micro-trigger, so as soon as you turn it on it thinks you're trying to take a picture and won't let you do anything else but take a picture; so if if doesn't focus i have to turn it off and then back on until it does focus - i call it my little battery killer. anyway, same thing goes for after i've taken a picture, i have to turn it off and then back on to take another.
it's quite retarded, but it still works sometimes.

Right on, they just released a new line of coolpix. I'm researching new cameras now and really want to stay away from consumer grade point and shoots. I'd like to move up to a micro 4/3's or a mid grade DSLR, but don't have the 500+$ to drop lol.

i would absolutely love a DSLR, however, i cannot afford one; especially not since i would also want to get a couple different lenses e.g. macro and 500mm which add to cost considerably. i would probably still stick with nikon though - there is something about a solid nikor lens that i just absolutely love.

Always been a canon fan myself, but sony has a line of DSLR's that are getting some good marks. Although that D-90 has me reaching for my wallet as well heh.

Id love a d90. I have been meaning to set aside a few hundred and sell my d60 for the d90. I need that fucking live view feature and the d60 doesn't have it. I knew that when i bought it. I thought it was a luxury i could do without. Now when im asking someone to take a picture i have to tell everyone, they have to actually look through the view finder. People seem perplexed after i say that. its funny. anyway. they are good cameras. especially if you know what the fuck you are doing. i need lessons.

i really regret not taking photography classes as i went through school. that's a good idea though. i bought some books but i havent been a very good self study with them.

anyway, if anyone is looking for a new strain to grow, Delahaze is quite awesome. the colas are so dense and resinous that it can barely hold itself up. beautiful aroma, too, and aesthetically pleasing as well. have yet to taste it as it's still drying, but from the smell of where it's drying i can only imagine it tastes heavenly. i will definitely be ordering some more seeds of this strain in the future.
