My favorite

Spicy soy chicken with Coconut Cream

You will need:
2 skinless chicken breast
Large bottle of soy sauce
jar of finely chopped garlic, or about a full clove should do
jar of finely chopped chillies, or about 3 good sized chillies
large can of Coconut cream

Method:
Chop the chicken breast into bite sized pieces, then throw them into a large mixing bowl with 3 teaspoons of the garlic and chillies.

Then add enough soy sauce so that the chicken is completely covered, and mix all the ingredients through with your hands so that all the pieces of chicken are covered.

Pour contents of mixing bowl into a HOT frying pan, ensure the pan in deep enough to hold the chicken as well and the can of coconut cream.

Cook chicken until golden brown, then when you think its ready take out a big piece and cut it open to see if its cooked though. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the Coconut cream into the pan and stir. Let it simmer on a medium heat for about 5-10 min's then chow that shit down man.

I love it with rice. I take the chicken out of the bowl and then pour the cream from the pan over the rice :awehigh:

The coconut cream doesn't have a strong coconut flavor, its more of a vessel for the soy and chillies in this dish :gethigh:

I'll keep thinking of some more recipes I like and I'll post them here :bongload:
