 Medical marijuana?

I'm thinking about getting a mm card, but I'm not sure if I need to go to a certain doctor or if anyone will proscribe it. And I'm not sure what syntons to tell them.
I live in Texas at the moment, but most Likley will be moving o Colorado which is where I will getting.
I have anxiety, so bad randomly feel axious and also I think about things like death and such which causes severe depression which will last a week or so and cause bad anxiety attacks. Which marijuana helps me with alot. I can't stand meds like Xanax because soamy people I know have had there lives ruins by them and some have even died. So I refuse to take those.
Also I have this thing where my legs will tingle and feel as if I have to move them and they will jump and it keeps me up for hours at night, and marijuana helps me greatly.
It's a life savor and I wanted to lnow if this was good enough to get a mm license in Colorado? And how to go about doing this.

I'm not in Colorado, but usually they have doctors that specialize in medical marijuana certifications. They would need a copy of your medical records, and you would also have to have at least two prior doctor visits with your regular doctor about the ailment you are applying for medical marijuana.
