i recently trimmed back one of my girls due to space issues and that was 4 days ago and the only affect ive noticed was the buds are getting more light and are getting bigger in the pods. alot of people are dead set against trimming but this is the 2nd time and ive had nothing but good results. granted the plants dont look as full or bushy but we're all after the buds not the leaves.although i use all my trimmings for hash. so i guess its a matter of opinion and im for it.

Chop off as much as you want to. It won't hurt the plant at all.
