I just use my pipe, but I guess I could throw it in the 'cano if I wanted. Actually, I used to use my steamroller as a hash pipe, I'll have to break it out again for a rip or two.

I must try Hexane sometime. Butane is so expensive.
Which do you think does the better extraction?

Depends on the quality of the hexane you're using. If you pick up lab grade quality stuff, I'd say they were even if not a bit better on the hexane side. If you buy cans of electronics cleaner like me you'll pull through some impurities and the end product yields more, but is slightly less pure then butane. You can see the darker swatches of hash which are less pure then that light tan oil next to it.
Still the stuff is damn strong and is much less of a hassle to use then butane. I think the biggest pain in the ass is the 5 mins it takes to drain the can into a jar. Once that's done it's about twenty minutes of shaking and around an hr of evaporation and you're done. I've also found the cans of cleaner at walmart and they're 3 dollars cheaper then home depot, took me a bit to find them but I'm glad I did. I'm sure you have an oz of trim lying around, test it out with that, it's dead simple and almost impossible to fuck up.
