I actually have a similar laser to the one their using...unfortunately, its the projector that costs so much money.

I used to have one.  I was a laser geek.  This fall I'm gonna treat myself to a 25mw Blue... I can't wait :vaped:

Nice I was looking into getting a blue one but they are just soooo damn pricey and with the luck ive had with other high end lasers burning out I wouldnt even want to drop $100 on one if I had the chance


Greenies are fun enough for me :bananabang:


Im sure blue ones would be sick though, 100% crowd control

I already get like 90% crowd control at parties and raves with two green ones or those kaleidescope ones, but theres always the few people who dont feel the green beams :shrug:

Mines not "blue", but its a Blu-Ray laser. Cool shit. They are more purple than anything, but are awesome because you can "write" in glow in the dark materials.

Here, this'll explain much better than I could:



I have a 100mw blu-ray and a 100mw green that I love. I bring the green to parties and EVERYONE wants to get a try haha.

I try not to get ones that are too powerful

cause they really arent toys

if you see a laser light things on fire, just imagine what its doing to your eyes, even if your careful the reflected light is still powerful enough to blind you or cause permanent damage

Yep, technically anything over 50mw should require protective eye wear.  You are right, even a minor reflection off of even a flat surface with a burner will fry your retina.  Permablind is not something I look forward to.

Ive had 5mw china greenies that were able to light matches and burn through plastic bags, not saying 5mw will do that but I have a feeling the power ratings arent very accurate

I honestly would be careful with how much you play with any laser besides your average $5 red pointer

but it seems it would be useful for certain things like camping...
and theres not much in the woods that reflect that well...
just a suggestion.
