2 fucking years for premeditated murder. The worst crime a person can commit. I hate that people can plead insanity. You remember that guy who fucking mutilated some other guy on a greyhound up in canada a few years back? He was found not criminally responsible. Oh yeah he didn't mean to do it but the chemicals in his head told him to. wtf kind of shit is going on?

People manipulate the system. Its horrible that its what our courts have come to. There was a guy recently who checked himself into a mental hospital for a week, checked himself out, and shot his girlfriend with a shotgun while 2 cops watched. He got off because he wasn't competent to stand trial.
