rarely means like 10% of the time that should b normal amount of time
so if u think living together is normal than if u see her 5.2177457 weeks a year than thats rare

I see her about 2 times a week,
as opposed to having no friends for the 7 months I've lived in cali so far, rarely and often are just words now.
