I dared a buddy of mine to do one half that size while he was running. It was in some sand (no obstacles, no rocks in the sand, etc) and he still managed to get pretty hurt when he crashed haha.

It can be safe, as long of you allow enough oxygen flow. Nitrous itself doesn't kill braincells I believe, however oxygen deprivation can. Also the B12 deficiency, but that usually comes after absurd amounts. Still not something to abuse.

In my experience, its always been pretty safe. I'm sure its not nearly as dangerous as other things you could choose to do. When I said "safe", I more meant "its not the same as huffing solvents", because I want her to try it. Shes funny as hell sober, shes my favorite drunk...and I want her to try this out haha.
Still no nitrous for me  Better be here tomorrow.
For me...I can't describe the experience. It makes my whole face really numb, and I remember saying "I bet this is how it feels to be retarded!" once.
